We carry a lot of stock, but we make everything in-house.  Once you make your purchase, we get to work making your product correctly!

Most Asked Questions

When you buy from 9milemotorsports  you a buying from directly from the manufacturer.  All of our products and designed, manufacted and tested in the USA.

Every order placed (for items that are instock)  until 12:00 PM (Central Time) is picked, packed and made ready for shipping on the same day that it has been placed. Once the package is ready it is picked up by a courier and shipped. Delivery times are affected by the location, weekends, holidays but normally all orders are received within 1-9 business days. Once an order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

We will email you the tracking number once your order ships. 

If you received your online purchased product damaged, you must notify Customer Service within 24 hours. Failing to do so may result in a denied claim from the carrier.

To help with the claim we ask you to provide the following so that we can submit it to the carrier and look into options with you for a refund or replacement.

  • Clear images of all sides of the box that the product was shipped in.
  • Clear and well lit images of any damage to the product itself.

If you have not yet received your order, we recommend reaching out to the shipping company. Provide them with your tracking number, and they will be able to provide you with more detailed information regarding the delivery status.
